WHAT?
Dealing with change and crisis is difficult; today the world is very turbulent indeed. The objective of this course is to enable participants to provide a comprehensive guide full of advice and tools for controlling stress levels and sharing information during transition in a European context of shared past common future.

- Recognising the need for change
- Executing the different approaches to change
- Preparing for structural shifts such as new leadership
- Addressing emotional responses to downsizing and helping people adapt.
