WHAT?

The objective of this course is to enable participants to engage in multi-national events where English is the main language of the meeting.  The course looks in detail at business communication skills coupled to language in use. Furthermore, the course allows participants to participate in a number of business scenarios and receive detailed feedback and constructive advice for future targeted learning.

The training is based in a web enabled, interactive whiteboard environment where candidates may be, with permission, filmed to allow active participation and feedback. The uses a series of tutor directed, pair, group and team work coupled leading to presentations given by the participants. The course is linked to our UNIQUE approach: Understanding, Nationalities, Information Questioning, Understanding Environment where participants are encouraged promote their cultures business methodology and therefore promote great cultural understanding.
