WHAT?

This course uses a variety of activities to encourage learning by all participants and respects each participants different learning styles. During the Outdoor phase of the course, participants will take part in lectures, meetings, seminars and workshops and will experience issues surrounding intercultural dialogue through directly participating in simulations and other activities. Care is taken to allow equal participation by all including those less than confident in English. There is an inbuilt element of flexibility meaning that exact course content can be negotiated to take into account specific needs of each group. The information gathered using the web based questionnaires is used for this purpose during the E-learning phase.
